Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 77phvip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
